Hair Coach - Medical Customer Support

About the role

Fusion CX is hiring Hair Coaches in Bangalore to support clients throughout their hair treatment journey. The role combines customer engagement, hair care education, empathetic communication and ongoing client support. Candidates should speak English, Hindi and a regional language such as Kannada, Telugu, Tamil or Malayalam.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' hair condition according to guidelines established by the Medical Team to understand their individual needs.
• Educate clients on proper hair care practices, including washing techniques and ways to protect their hair.
• Help clients identify and address concerns such as hair damage, hair loss and scalp conditions, and discuss management strategies.
• Provide empathetic guidance and encouragement to clients affected by hair loss or thinning.
• Help clients set realistic goals, monitor their progress and give ongoing support throughout treatment.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English and Hindi, plus a regional language as required by the process.
• Minimum Versant score of 5 for English.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Empathy and the ability to talk sensitively about personal hair concerns.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to explain hair care practices clearly.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and support clients through their treatment journey.
