About the role

Fusion CX is looking for Customer Service Associates to provide professional support to customers across phone, email and chat. The role involves answering inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat with accurate and timely information.
Process orders, returns and exchanges, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain detailed interaction logs in the CRM system.
Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance and guidance on services.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up to confirm resolution.
Meet or exceed defined service targets and KPIs.

Required profile

Graduation (any discipline).
Preferred experience in customer service.
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

Proficiency with CRM systems for recording customer interactions.
