About the role
Join Fusion CX as a Customer Service Associate in an e‑commerce inbound support gig. You will handle supplier and vendor queries, analyse issues and propose clear solutions while using digital productivity tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer and business‑related queries with strong verbal and written communication.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to understand their concerns and requirements.
- Analyse and quantify problem statements raised by suppliers or vendors.
- Propose appropriate solutions using analytical and logical reasoning.
- Maintain clear and professional communication in Hindi and English.
- Use MS Office and Google Spreadsheet/Document for documentation and work tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Hands‑on experience with MS Office, Google Spreadsheets, Google Documents or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
