About the role
Fusion CX is hiring Customer Service Associates to perform video annotation tasks in Gurugram. The role involves reviewing video content, applying age‑based criteria, and ensuring high accuracy while working night shifts in an office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate videos according to defined age criteria (18+).
- Maintain at least 90% assessment accuracy and meet quality, production, and attendance standards.
- Use MS Windows, Excel, Outlook and other required applications to support evaluation activities.
Required profile
- Graduation degree; freshers eligible.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
- Willingness to work night shifts with a rotational weekly off schedule.
