About the role

Join Fusion CX as a Customer Service Associate supporting a leading Indian beauty e‑commerce brand. You will assist customers in Hindi or English, using digital tools and contact‑centre applications to resolve queries and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with customers in their preferred language (Hindi or English) and provide clear, professional support.
Navigate internet, mobile applications, MS Excel, and MS Word to perform support activities.
Use CRM, telephony, and contact‑centre applications via Citrix Workspace while maintaining accurate interaction records.

Required profile

Minimum qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass.
1–2 years of relevant experience or freshers are welcome.
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with no errors.
Written English accuracy equivalent to CEFR B1 and Hindi proficiency.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.
Experience using CRM and telephony/contact‑centre platforms.
Ability to work with Citrix Workspace.
