About the role
The Telecaller Executive will act as the voice bridge between ADBLUE Manufacturing and its customers, handling both inbound and outbound communications to drive sales, generate leads and resolve queries.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pitch products, qualify leads and generate sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails and chats to provide support, answer queries and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales or customer support.
- Willingness to work onsite in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
