About the role
The Telecaller Executive will act as a bridge between the company and its customers, handling both inbound and outbound communications to drive sales and generate leads for Adblue manufacturing. This role involves engaging customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries and support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pitch products and qualify leads.
- Handle incoming customer support calls and inquiries.
- Generate leads and drive sales through telemarketing activities.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure query resolution.
Required profile
- 2 to 3 years of relevant telecalling or customer support experience.
- CTC range of 1.20 LPA to 2.40 LPA.
