Customer Service Associate – Banking Support

About the role

Fusion CX is hiring Customer Service Associates in Howrah, West Bengal, for a role supporting customers in banking-related queries. It suits freshers and candidates with up to six months of experience in BPO or sales processes. The work uses Hindi and English communication skills to understand customer queries and give appropriate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Hindi and English to understand their queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Listen actively to customer concerns and help address their questions professionally.
• Maintain clear, courteous and customer-focused communication throughout interactions.
• Apply basic problem-solving skills to support customer queries and deliver a positive service experience.
• Follow established processes and guidelines while handling customer interactions.
• Use banking terminology and basic knowledge of banking functions where relevant to customer queries.

Required profile

• Class 12 pass or graduate.
• Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1-6 months of experience in a BPO or sales process may also apply.
• Ability to understand and communicate in both Hindi and English.
• A basic understanding of banking terminology and functions is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and listening skills, a customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
