Graphic Designer – Marketing & Brand Communications

About the role

Café Coffee Day is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its Marketing & Brand Communications team in Bangalore. You will shape visual experiences across digital and offline channels, supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in‑store branding.

Key responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, print collateral, in‑store branding, standees, menu boards, brochures, posters, and other marketing assets.
• Develop visual concepts for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Maintain consistency with CCD’s brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product teams, agencies, and vendors.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork and coordinate with printers for high‑quality execution.
• Create presentations, infographics, and internal communication materials.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Graduates from premium design institutes such as NID, NIFT, Srishti, Sir J. J. School of Art, or equivalent.
• Background in Retail, QSR, FMCG, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Brands is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
