Graphic Designer – Branding & Media Presence

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to serve as the visual executor of Kamakhya Analytics' brand, creating high‑volume, clean, and insight‑driven static creatives for both digital and offline channels. The role works closely with researchers, leadership, and communication strategists to turn complex data and policy research into compelling visual narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality static social media creatives, carousels, thumbnails, and infographics aligned with evolving brand guidelines.
• Develop report layouts, including typesetting, cover design, data visualisation, and formatting for long‑form survey and policy documents.
• Create polished pitch decks and internal presentations that maintain visual consistency.
• Build and maintain brand collateral such as ID cards, merchandise, letterheads, event backdrops, and other identity assets.
• Transform survey insights, political trends, and policy research into clear, structured visual communication pieces using hierarchy, typography, and layout strategies.

Required profile

• Ability to translate ideas from researchers and strategists into compelling visual communication outputs.
• Capacity to produce a high volume of clean, consistent, insight‑driven static creatives.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams including leadership and communication strategists.
