General Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on General Manager to take full ownership of restaurant operations at our Mira Road location. You will lead both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards, and guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations
• Lead FOH, kitchen, billing and support teams
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and guest satisfaction
• Manage staffing, shift schedules, training and performance
• Drive sales, profitability, customer retention and operational efficiency
• Monitor food cost, inventory, wastage, expenses and key KPIs
• Handle guest feedback and ensure SOPs and compliance are followed

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant, hotel or F&B operations
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities
• Good understanding of P&L, food cost and inventory control
• Experience in high‑volume restaurant environments
• Excellent problem‑solving and guest‑handling skills
• Ownership mindset with willingness to lead from the floor
