About the role
We are looking for Stewards and Captains to support smooth restaurant operations and maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment. The role is based in multiple locations across Mumbai, including Fort, Lower Parel, BKC, Goregaon, Borivali, Powai, and Thane.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain kitchen, dining, and service areas.
- Wash and organize utensils, crockery, and equipment.
- Assist kitchen and service staff as required.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Handle waste disposal and maintain overall cleanliness.
Required profile
- Previous hospitality/restaurant experience preferred.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts.
- Positive attitude and disciplined approach.
- Mumbai based candidate only.
