About the role
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa. You will manage check‑ins and check‑outs, ensure accurate billing, and provide guests with information and assistance throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest check‑ins, verify identity, assign rooms, and issue keys.
- Enter Marriott Rewards details and ensure rates match market codes.
- Handle all payment types, vouchers, and cash transactions; balance receipts and secure the bank.
- Compile daily reports, cashier and closing reports, and maintain contingency lists.
- Provide guests with directions, property information, and respond to service requests by coordinating with relevant staff.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports.
- Assist management with training, evaluating, and coaching team members.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality and company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related front‑office or guest‑services experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
