Housekeeping Executive – Public Areas

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Housekeeping Executive for public areas, you will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all hotel public spaces, ensuring they meet the highest standards of presentation. You will lead a team to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure hotel standards are met.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Address and resolve housekeeping‑related guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Train staff and support ongoing skill development.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities and submit reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.
• Strong team management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Understanding of housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Passion for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, integrity, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
