Front Desk Receptionist – Customer‑Focused Club Role

About the role

Fitclub is seeking a well‑presented, customer‑focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the club. You will manage daily front‑desk operations, assist members and visitors, and help create a friendly, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and walk‑in guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Handle front‑desk tasks such as check‑ins, phone calls, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate smoothly between members and internal teams including trainers, sales, and management.
• Address and resolve member concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and feedback.
• Support the membership sales team by sharing basic plan details and generating leads.
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and follow‑ups when required.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service (hospitality or fitness preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
