Franchise Sales Executive – Inside Sales (Laxmi Nagar)

About the role

The Franchise Sales Executive will drive the growth of SkillCircle’s franchise network in the Delhi region. Working from the Laxmi Nagar office, you will generate new leads, conduct cold‑calling campaigns and manage the full B2B sales cycle to onboard new franchise partners. This position requires strong communication, a proven B2B sales track record and proficiency with CRM platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective franchise partners through multiple lead‑generation channels.
• Execute cold‑calling and outreach campaigns to initiate conversations with potential partners.
• Present franchise proposals, conduct meetings and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new franchisees.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for franchise acquisition and client engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in B2B sales, franchise development or client relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to handle B2B clients and close sales deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.
