FOH Steward – Front of House Service

About the role

Spartan Fitness Kitchen is seeking an energetic Front‑of‑House (FOH) Steward to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will greet members and guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and keep the restaurant area clean and inviting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Present the menu, suggest items, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve orders promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; reset tables quickly after use.
• Handle customer requests and resolve minor service issues courteously.
• Uphold hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including opening/closing the restaurant.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); hospitality diploma is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience as a steward, waiter, server, or similar customer‑service role.
• Experience in restaurants, cafés, clubs, or other hospitality settings preferred.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
