Filling Machine Operator – Beverage Production

About the role

Suncloud Beverages LLP is expanding its production team at its modern water bottling plant in Bengaluru. The Filling Machine Operator will run the rinsing‑filling‑capping line, ensuring bottles are filled accurately, hygienically, and at the required speed.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the rinser‑filler‑capper (RFC) monoblock and associated conveyors.
• Maintain correct fill volumes, cap application, and capping torque.
• Perform format changeovers for different bottle and cap sizes.
• Carry out CIP/SIP and sanitation cycles as per hygiene standards.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks – fill level, seal integrity, leakage, and cap tightness.
• Maintain production, wastage, and cleaning records.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in a relevant trade.
• 3–5 years of experience operating automatic filling/bottling machines in a water or beverage plant.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and immediate availability.
• Commitment to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a fast‑paced production team.

Required skills

• Filling/capping line operation.
• CIP/SIP sanitation procedures.
• Quality checking (fill level, seal integrity, leakage, cap tightness).
• Troubleshooting minor machine faults.
