About the role

Agoda is looking for an Executive Recruiter to shape the future leadership of the company. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will work closely with senior executives to attract and secure top‑level talent that drives long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end executive searches, including direct sourcing, market mapping, assessment, and offer management.
• Partner with senior leadership to define hiring needs aligned with business priorities and organizational design.
• Build and maintain long‑term executive talent pipelines for future leadership and succession planning.
• Provide market and talent intelligence to influence hiring strategy and executive hiring decisions.
• Manage confidential and complex searches for senior and executive roles.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
• Strong executive presence and trusted advisor capability.
• Proven experience in executive recruiting or senior‑level talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
