Trainer – Telesales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to lead process and sales training for our telesales teams. You will be responsible for onboarding new hires, delivering ongoing learning programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process training for new hires.
• Deliver product, process, compliance, and sales training programs.
• Develop and update training content, SOPs, FAQs and related modules.
• Provide refresher and remedial training based on quality assurance and business insights.
• Monitor trainee performance through assessments and certification programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Business teams to identify training needs.
• Maintain training records, attendance trackers, and performance reports.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met during training delivery.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• 2‑5 years of experience in training, preferably within telesales, insurance, BFSI, or contact‑center operations.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Good understanding of sales processes, quality frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Experience in content development and stakeholder management is a plus.
