HR Recruiter (Full-Time)

About the role

Mitra Learn Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Bangalore office. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements for various roles and create sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes, shortlist suitable profiles and conduct initial screening calls.
• Explain job details, compensation, location and other requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and follow‑up regularly.
• Handle offer, joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Meet multiple hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.

Required profile

• Freshers to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills and genuine interest in HR.
• Ability to manage several requisitions simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with good time‑management.
