HR Recruiter

About the role

Mitra Learn Pvt. Ltd., an EdTech and HRTech firm, is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join its Bangalore office. The role offers hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, supporting a variety of positions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements for different roles and create sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and conduct initial screening calls.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Support offer preparation, documentation and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a talent database to meet hiring targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR (freshers welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet recruitment targets and work under deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
