About the role

Anson Mc Cade, an international executive search and consultancy firm, is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant based in Bangalore. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services for technology and fintech positions across the APAC region, with future opportunities to support European and US markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technology and fintech mandates across APAC.
• Source, screen, and qualify technology professionals, building strong candidate pipelines.
• Develop and maintain long‑term talent networks and specialist communities.
• Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand role requirements and meet hiring objectives.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and candidate identification.
• Provide market intelligence on technology talent pools, compensation trends, and emerging skill sets.
• Support client delivery and account management activities as needed.
• Share market insights with international colleagues and assist with European and US recruitment as expertise grows.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology recruitment, preferably within an agency, executive search, or specialist staffing environment.
• Proven ability to source and deliver high‑quality technology candidates.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both candidates and clients.
• Excellent understanding of technology markets and talent trends across APAC.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote setting.
