HR Data Administrator – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Data Administrator to support the Essential Data Project by maintaining accurate employee and payroll data within the HRIS. This is a strictly contractual position for the duration of the 6‑month project.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS, including new joiners, leavers, job, pay and organisational changes.
• Validate information, ensure required approvals and supporting documents are in place.
• Apply defined data standards, business rules and decision matrices.
• Identify and escalate incomplete, unclear or inconsistent information.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain trackers, logs and records of completed and outstanding activities.
• Provide regular updates on progress, issues, blockers and risks.
• Handle HR and payroll data in line with data protection and information security requirements.

• Able to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, data validation, pivot tables).
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems.

What we offer

• Hybrid work model (5 days per week).
• Annual salary between Rs600,000 and Rs800,000.
