About the role

Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Corporate Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its Sales and Business Development teams in Noida. The role focuses exclusively on talent acquisition, not general HR duties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for Sales & Business Development positions.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Conduct cold calls, screen resumes and engage prospects.
• Schedule interviews, maintain regular follow‑ups and coordinate offers.
• Oversee offer‑to‑joining processes and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Required profile

• Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling and persuasive negotiation.
• Target‑driven, energetic and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Fresh graduates with a recruitment internship or candidates with prior recruitment experience.
