Executive Recruiter – Remote, Target‑Based

About the role

CareerBloc is looking for a remote Executive Recruiter with a target‑based consultancy background. You will own the full recruitment cycle for senior and specialist positions across multiple industries, helping clients secure top talent while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for senior‑level and specialist roles.
• Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand hiring needs, and provide consultative talent‑strategy advice.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, reports, and ATS/CRM data.
• Meet placement targets, coordinate interview schedules, negotiate offers, and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with business growth objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a target‑based consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and meet performance targets.
• Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
• Experience using job boards and social media for candidate outreach.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools for pipeline management.
