Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Nirvasa Healthcare. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding of candidates across various positions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate follow‑ups and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Negotiate salary and present job offers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Effective negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Preferably experience in telecalling, BPO or healthcare recruitment.
