Executive II – Sales Commercial (Hubli)

About the role

The Executive II – Sales Commercial provides backend support to the sales function, ensuring timely delivery of materials to customers, efficient warehouse operations, and adherence to established systems and procedures. This role contributes directly to achieving overall business objectives through effective customer service and logistics management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor order cycle time and coordinate material delivery to dealers and project sites.
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to resolve material service issues.
• Support material storage and delivery for related businesses such as Home Improvement.
• Manage warehouse productivity, conduct stock verification, and control variances.
• Implement and utilize the Transport Management System to optimise route plans and improve service.
• Assess and propose infrastructure CAPEX projects for warehouses and sales offices.
• Assist regional teams with overhead budgeting and monitor freight cost per ton.
• Process vendor payments, ensure timely closures, and maintain open balances.
• Track statutory licences, update compliance portals, and support audits (ISO, 5S, internal).
• Conduct safety audits and maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare and circulate monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) with minimum 50% marks and no backlogs.
• Full‑time graduation.
