About the role

DailyObjects is seeking a Retail Salesperson to join its Hubli store. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, helping shoppers find the right products, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Assist customers in locating items and completing purchases across electronics, lifestyle, fashion, and design categories.
• Maintain store presentation standards and a welcoming environment.
• Support sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
• Handle retail sales tasks such as cash handling, inventory checks, and point‑of‑sale operations.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong customer‑first attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to enhance the customer experience through personalized recommendations.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Passion for electronics, lifestyle, fashion, or design‑related products is a plus.
