Electrical Operations Executive – Pharma/Biotech

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Operations Executive to manage day‑to‑day electrical activities and breakdown maintenance within a pharmaceutical/biotech environment. The role ensures continuous utility supply, oversees shift operations and supports compliance with change‑control processes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain utilities equipment including HVAC systems, air compressors and clean utilities.
• Perform operation and maintenance of DG sets, L.T. sub‑stations, transformers, UPS units, electrical panels, door interlocks and passboxes.
• Prepare preventive‑maintenance schedules and develop equipment‑operation SOPs.
• Coordinate with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) vendors for scheduled activities.
• Ensure availability of electrical‑related PPE at all times.
• Execute change‑control, deviation and CAPA actions in VEEVA QAMS.
• Support shift operations to guarantee uninterrupted utility supply.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in electrical operations within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to work in a shift‑based, onsite environment.
