Domestic Travel Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer‑focused Domestic Travel Manager to join our team in Kochi. In this role you will help design and deliver memorable holiday experiences for our clients, working closely with the sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee domestic tour packages and itineraries.
• Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, hotels and transport partners to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Monitor trip performance, gather feedback and continuously improve service quality.
• Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
