About the role
LinkedIn is looking for a Customer Success Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to help customers maximize the value of Sales Navigator. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with occasional days in a LinkedIn office.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a thought leader, customer champion, and advocate to drive product adoption.
- Manage a book of business, prioritising key lifecycle events and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Partner with sales, implementation, insights and other internal teams to co‑create solutions that reduce churn and increase ROI.
- Provide trusted advisory services, change‑management guidance and best‑practice recommendations.
- Identify low‑utilisation signals, mitigate churn risk and develop engagement plans.
Required profile
