Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the front‑line representative for AMC cookware, engaging walk‑in and online customers, demonstrating products, and supporting sales activities. You will also handle after‑sales queries, conduct training sessions, and generate leads for institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable AMC cookware solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations, create recipe videos and post them on AMC social‑media channels.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, offers, payment procedures and upsell accessories.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of promotions, discounts and exchange offers.
• Handle after‑sales queries, returns, exchanges and warranty issues; make follow‑up calls to new customers.
• Conduct training classes for new and existing customers on product usage.
• Identify and target institutional clients (corporates, cooking schools, government bodies) and develop a pipeline through cold calling, networking and referrals.

Required profile

• Graduate in Nutrition, Marketing or Hospitality (cookery skills are a plus).
• Fluency in Telugu, English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally and work on weekends or public holidays if required.
• Patient, empathetic and customer‑centric attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
