Sales Executive

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive position is based in Ahmedabad. You will greet and engage customers in the store, understand their needs and recommend suitable Apple products, accessories and services while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs and recommend Apple products and services.
• Demonstrate product features, explain warranties and service options.
• Process sales, returns, billing and documentation accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep inventory areas organised.
• Coordinate with service teams to address customer queries.
• Follow up with prospective customers and participate in in‑store events and training sessions.
• Consistently meet individual and store sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including prospecting, upselling, cross‑selling and closing.
• Basic technical understanding of Apple products, operating systems and accessories, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on‑site in a busy store, manage multiple customers and maintain professionalism.
• Comfort with point‑of‑sale systems, billing procedures and inventory handling.
• Prior retail, electronics or consumer‑technology sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum education: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work store shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
