Sales Executive – CRM, Website Design & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking dynamic Sales Executives to drive new business for our CRM software, website design & development, and digital marketing services. The role involves generating leads, presenting solutions, and converting prospects into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and other channels.
• Understand client business requirements and present the benefits of our CRM tool.
• Identify opportunities for website design & development projects.
• Promote digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing and online branding.
• Conduct product demonstrations, online meetings and prepare quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of lead status, customer details and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and build long‑term client relationships.
• Research new market segments and generate additional sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates (0‑1 year experience) with strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn CRM, website and digital marketing concepts.
• Experienced candidates (1‑5+ years) in IT/software/CRM/website or digital‑marketing sales, proven lead generation, cold‑calling, demo delivery, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to manage a sales pipeline independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipelines.
• Basic understanding of website design & development.
• Fundamentals of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, social media).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
