Customer Project Management

About the role

The Customer Project Management role serves as the primary point of contact for customers on engineering and quality matters. The incumbent works closely with customers in the North region to understand their needs, resolve issues and support project delivery. This position bridges customers, engineering, quality, manufacturing and sales teams to ensure timely, transparent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the front‑end contact for all customer enquiries related to engineering and quality topics.
• Coordinate closely with customers in the North region to capture requirements, issues and expectations.
• Participate in technical discussions with customers and internal teams to support project execution and issue resolution.
• Support part handling analysis (PHA), including failure analysis and root‑cause identification.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales) to deliver effective solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction through quick response, transparency and follow‑up on open topics.
• Support new project discussions, product introductions and change management from a customer‑interface perspective.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of customer issues and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in engineering, quality or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in failure analysis and root‑cause investigation.
