About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth for our new co‑working space portfolio in Bengaluru. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation to contract signing, and work closely with operations, marketing and finance to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect startups, SMEs, large enterprises and freelancers interested in flexible workspace solutions.
- Conduct market research on target segments, local demand and competition.
- Present co‑working concepts, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track opportunities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support client onboarding, monitor occupancy and revenue metrics.
- Gather client feedback and assist with local marketing events to boost brand visibility.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in co‑working, commercial real estate or related services.
- Strong client‑facing skills, including prospecting, networking and negotiation with decision‑makers.
- Ability to conduct structured market research and translate insights into sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru’s commercial real‑estate or startup ecosystem is a plus.
