Construction Manager – Rock Fill Dam

About the role
The Construction Manager will lead the execution of a Rock Fill Dam project located near Ajmer, Rajasthan. This senior position requires overseeing all construction activities, ensuring the project meets quality, safety, and schedule targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day construction activities for the Rock Fill Dam works.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and equipment deployment.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor daily progress, productivity, and report to planning, QA/QC, and engineering teams.
- Identify and resolve construction‑related issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
Required profile
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in irrigation and water‑infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in executing Rock Fill Dam projects.
- Strong leadership and site‑management capabilities.
Required skills
- Rock Fill Dam construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of dam construction standards and practices.
- Understanding of quality and safety standards for large‑scale civil works.
