Construction Site Head – Wind Projects

About the role

The Construction Site Head will lead wind energy construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. This senior position requires full‑time dedication and oversight of both onsite and offsite activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and estimate costs for wind project deliverables.
• Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contractual performance.
• Control project budgets, conduct cost‑controlling, and prepare daily progress reports.
• Coordinate and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Select tools, materials, and equipment while tracking inventory.
• Negotiate contracts, obtain permits and licences, and manage risk mitigation.
• Ensure quality standards and proper construction techniques throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Document lessons learned after project completion.

Required profile

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience, including at least 7 years managing wind construction.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, large‑scale wind (≈100 MW) or photovoltaic generation projects from planning to commissioning.
• Full‑time availability is mandatory.
