Construction Manager – Rock Fill Dam

About the role
The Construction Manager will lead the execution of a Rock Fill Dam project located near Ajmer, Rajasthan. This senior position requires overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring the dam is built to the highest quality, safety, and schedule standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage construction activities related to Rock Fill Dam works.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and equipment deployment.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned work packages.
- Monitor daily progress and productivity.
- Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and engineering teams.
- Resolve construction‑related issues and implement corrective actions.
Required profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in irrigation and water infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in execution of Rock Fill Dam projects.
Required skills
- Rock Fill Dam construction methodologies.
- Construction management and site supervision.
- Quality assurance and QA/QC standards.
- Safety standards compliance.
