Business Development Officer – IT Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to drive our IT sales initiatives. You will work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads, showcase our technology solutions, and close deals with clients across various markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations and contract documents.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, mobile applications and AI automation solutions.
• Experience with UAE, UK or other international markets is a plus.
• Passion for technology sales and a results‑driven mindset.
