Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the role

Aidan Global is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue streams and expand its presence in the sportswear market. Based in Kollam, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building relationships with sports teams, organizations, and distributors while aligning product offerings with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets, generate leads, and conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product and customization alignment.
• Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and contribute to pricing and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Represent Aidan Global at local events, trade shows, and client visits.
• Maintain pipeline management and report business development activities to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong background in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the sportswear or apparel industry and customization needs.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kollam and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
