Sales Executive (Retail)

About the role

The Sales Executive will work in a retail environment, driving daily and monthly sales targets while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. The role includes promoting products, maintaining store standards, and supporting stock management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
• Invite customers to the outlet and introduce them to the MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present perfume products, helping customers select the right fragrance.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in‑store displays.
• Ensure compliance with store SOPs, etiquette, and timing.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and conduct stock audits.
• Complete daily checklists, DSR reports, and place stock requests to head office.
• Validate and receive stock deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate to the CX department when needed.
• Assist the store manager with stock management and complete all required trainings on schedule.

Required profile

• Graduate or fresh graduate; preferably with up to 2 years of retail sales experience in a B2C brand.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
