Product & Application Engineer – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

Alfa Laval is seeking a Product & Application Engineer on a 12‑month contract to support customers in the heat‑transfer, separation and fluid‑handling sectors. The role bridges technical expertise and sales, ensuring customers receive reliable solutions throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing product relations and sales‑generated opportunities.
• Prepare timely offers and bids in response to customer enquiries.
• Lead and support the quotation process for customer projects.
• Conduct virtual meetings, seminars and webinars to raise awareness of Alfa Laval products and services.
• Act as product champion during product launch and campaign activities.
• Utilise the One CRM tool and other systems consistently to support the sales process.
• Ensure business principles and governance are adhered to within the area of responsibility.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate in Mechanical or Chemical engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, service‑minded attitude with a focus on customer care and quick action.
