Sales Officer

About the role

Nile Food Products is looking for a full‑time Sales Officer to join its hybrid team in Devikulam. You will manage daily sales activities, nurture relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensure product availability across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales in the assigned region by generating and qualifying leads.
• Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, retailers and other channel partners.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports and provide market feedback.
• Handle customer inquiries, support order processing and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives and monitor competitor activity.
• Achieve sales targets while upholding company standards for service and quality.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in FMCG sales operations or channel sales.
• Good knowledge of the Kerala market, preferably Devikulam or nearby areas.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam with solid negotiation skills.
