About the role

Trinity Global Workforce is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand its workforce‑solutions portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Develop compelling sales pitches, proposals and presentations.
• Assess client needs and propose tailored workforce solutions.
• Collaborate with recruitment, operations and account‑management teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close high‑value deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry insights.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in staffing, workforce solutions or related services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
