About the role
Trinity Global Workforce is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand its workforce‑solutions portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Develop compelling sales pitches, proposals and presentations.
- Assess client needs and propose tailored workforce solutions.
- Collaborate with recruitment, operations and account‑management teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close high‑value deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry insights.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in staffing, workforce solutions or related services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
