Assistant/Deputy Manager – Business Development (Reverse Logistics)

About the role

The role focuses on business development and operations management for Reverse Logistics Group’s reverse logistics and recycling business. You will acquire new clients and vendors, manage take‑back and scrap projects, ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver profitable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire producers, recyclers and vendors for take‑back, defective inventory and scrap services, building a robust revenue pipeline.
• Onboard and manage vendors and recyclers to strengthen sourcing and downstream recovery channels.
• Maintain material sourcing and client databases, prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards.
• Ensure regional compliance documentation for e‑waste, scrap and metal‑scrap operations.
• Oversee post‑sales client servicing, including take‑back execution, defective inventory handling and scrap disposal.
• Monitor and optimise logistics, recycling and scrap handling costs across PAN‑India operations.

Required profile

• Assistant Manager: minimum 6 years of experience in business development, sales or key account management (CTC up to ₹12 LPA).
• Deputy Manager: minimum 8 years of experience in the same domains (CTC up to ₹14 LPA).
