Field Sales Executive

About the role

Mettle Tech is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to promote its hospitality software solutions across hotels, resorts, and homestays in Kolkata and surrounding areas. The role involves generating new business, conducting product demos, and building lasting relationships with decision‑makers in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hospitality establishments to introduce Mettle Tech’s PMS and POS solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Schedule and deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM and submit daily visit reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• 12th pass or a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools; a two‑wheeler with a valid licence is a plus.
