Sales Manager – EdTech (Gurugram)

About the role

We are looking for experienced and driven Sales Managers to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in EdTech sales, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for building and leading high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Track team performance and implement coaching interventions where needed.
• Monitor sales KPIs and generate daily/weekly reports for leadership review.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to improve funnel efficiency.
• Create a performance‑driven culture and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales processes including pitch, negotiation, and closures.

Required profile

• Graduate (minimum qualification).
• Minimum 4 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in EdTech sales and 2+ years of team handling experience in EdTech.
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team of high‑performing sales professionals.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work from our Gurugram office (WFO).
