Sales Manager – EdTech

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in the fast‑growing EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in education technology sales, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for driving revenue in a performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
• Track team performance, provide coaching, and implement interventions as needed.
• Monitor sales KPIs and generate daily/weekly reports for leadership review.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve funnel efficiency.
• Cultivate a performance‑driven culture and support continuous skill development.
• Oversee end‑to‑end sales processes, including pitching, negotiation, and closures.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (minimum qualification).
• 4–7 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in EdTech sales.
• 2+ years of experience handling and mentoring a sales team.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite from our Gurugram office.
